A surprise encounter brings together a couple (Florence Pugh & Andrew Garfield), changing the course of their lives. Challenged by the limits of time, they learn to cherish each moment of their decade-spanning and movingly rare love story. Review: intelligent film about love and courage. - skips about with flashbacks a few times at the start, which worried me that I may get confused. But it all makes sense 20 mins in. A lovely film with charaters that seem real, authentic. Charming, funny, difficult and heart breaking, cracking script, great cast. I will watch this again myself and recommend to others. Review: Truly wonderful… but don’t watch while you’re in your luteal phase - I made the bold (dare I say reckless) decision to watch this movie while in my luteal phase when even a dog commercial would have made me weep. So I thought “sure, let’s watch a devastating movie about love, time and loss. Wonderful idea”. 20 minutes in I could feel my tear ducts working overtime. It’s a gorgeous movie. It’s wonderfully acted and full of moments that really put your waterproof mascara to the test and then some. Movie was an 8.5/10. Would not recommend when you’re feeling a little bit… emotional.

Beautiful but sad Love Story
This is a beautiful story of two people who meet by chance, fall in love, have a child while unaware she has a terminal illness. Very heartbreaking scenes but warm and loving. Both Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield play the roles so sensitively. The story is not filmed in chronological order, so may confuse viewers but you get the sense of the storyline.

Abit maaah.....weak......choccy box....rich.....prentenious......
Ok watch......decent acting and nice british scenery with british actors but was abit contrived and fairy tale. Trying to be a Richard Curtis movie and falling flat quick.....Garfield acting is very monotone and acts like he does in the sky adverts. Nothing happens really and the chemistry was abit fake and forced. Unrealistic like how could they afford to live in London and a wedding in a mansion on their salaries.....pretencious rubbish....no impact movie thats more like a bubble movie for air heads.....

We Live In Time
This is a good movie. Non-lineal, so it jumps back and forth in time. Boy meets girl, they fall in love, she gets a terminal disease. Hollywood has spun variations on that theme for decades. Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh are very good in their roles.

Great Movie
This is one of the best movies I have ever seen I was actually crying. I never knew who Florence Pugh was before, but I know who she is now both her and Andrew Garfield do an amazing job on this movie. I had to watch it a few times to get the time frames right but once I did it made the movie even better. Love the layers of their lives. The back-and-forth worked wonderfully. Great job John Crowley and Nick Payne and the entire Cast.
