I think not ! *by D***B on 1 October 2019* I refuse to believe that the remote I received is renewed. It looks absolutely and utterly untouched by human hands. Absolutely bargain price.This is our second 350, the previous one developed a fault with the "OK" button after 4 years of constant usage. Copying over the settings was super easy with the Harmony Desktop app. We had the fancier all bells and whistles remotes but they were rather annoying to use. The 350 is perfect, simple and effective. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks like new *by D***B on 21 May 2020* Worked straight out of the box, I wouldn't know it had been reconditioned.
