How can anyone make a successful claim on box sets without breaking the seal and watching the entire thing? All of these disks appear to be absolutely perfect, but having tried to watch the first 4 disks, 2 have episodes which simply stop with nothing possible to allow the offending episodes to continue. Who guarantees the quality of the media? So 50% failure so far on the other episodes faultless playing. What am I supposed to do? I have if course cut the cellophane to be able to play the discs in my Sony player for the first time. It's a fantastic series and I love it. But who guarantees the media???

Vraiment très déçu. Je ne peux pas me servir du produit. Audio pas en langue française (uniquent anglais ou allemand) et surtout pas de sous titre en français si sélection audio en anglais. Je n'ai ouvert le produit qu’aujourd’hui hui pour regarder.
