High-Performance Compact LO-PROFX Shavers for Men

As an African American I used to get razor bumps so I could never shave with a razor but I wanted a close shave similar to a razor. This thing does just that. Long as you cut the hairs down pretty good with your clippers when you go over it with this it will have you babyface. It only having one foil instead of two allows it to be small and you can get into all the little areas like up under your nose and it's easy to help make straight lines with your beard. I noticed that when the hair started to grow back also it felt different than when the hair would grow back with my other foil shaver. It seemed like they stick up more so that helps me not get razor bumps. Even with my other foil shaver after a few days I would feel irritation with the hair growing back and get some bumps but for some reason with this one when I let the hair go ahead and grow back in everything is still just soft without irritation. It cuts so close I actually scratched myself in one place and that has never happened before with my other foil shavers so you have to be careful and don't just push it into your skin, just let it glide over a few times lightly. I literally took my other foil shaver on one side of my face and then went over the same side with this thing and I could hear it cutting all kinds of hair that the other one didn't catch. I like how small it is while not being heavy also. It's also great that it has USB-C and not some proprietary connection. Battery seems to last for a long time. It's also the easiest foil shaver to clean that I have ever used. The head just pops right off with no real effort and you can just shake the stuff out and brush it off. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially somebody African American.

Awesome shaver, I like the size of the shaver it's compact and fits perfectly in the hand. It's powerful I use it mostly around my ears and for a little bit of clean up from my scalp shaver.

Compact, powerful, and great for beard maintenance. Slim, comfortable in hand, and easy to use around the cheeks, neck, and under the nose. It outperformed the Wahl Micro Power shaver—its 10,000 RPM motor is no joke. My only gripe is the weak magnets holding the foil head and cap; they don’t click in at all, and the foil even popped off once during use.

Great product , everything was as advertised

I bought these to upgrade from my last Babyliss foil shaver. I gave my old gold shaver to my son, with a new foil of course. I travel for work regularly and these have a smaller form factor but still shave great. These are rechargeable unlike my last shaver that took a AA battery. They are small in hand but have a quality feel to them in hand. Despite their size they shave like a champ. My barber uses the gold double foil shavers and I love the results of those but they cost nearly double the price and for my use at home and while traveling the form factor fits better in my bathroom and in my travel bag.

When I first shaved with this product, I was surprised when the blade came loose from the machine and fell out, causing a cut in the shaved area. I put it back in place and continued shaving, but I faced the same problem over and over again. What made me angry is that it is made to be held in place by magnets, which causes the head of the machine to slip out and fall to the ground while in use.
