Bestarc 50A Plasma Cutter Machine, Pilot Arc, IGBT 110V/220V Dual Voltage

My first time using a plasma cutter. I was very impressed with the performance and ease of use over a torch. Highly recommend.

Folowing up from my last review. Standup company. I was a week outside of the manufacturer's standard 30 day warranty. Contacted bestarc and sent them the same pictures I posted here. Without any questions they sent me a new unit. If this one goes out, I'll just buy a new one and purchase the extended warranty next time. For the weekend hobbiest this unit is more than enough. Wish I could give this 5 stars. When it worked it worked well. Especially for the price. After just 45 days of using it one of the relays soldered into the PCB took a crap and shorted out. All I have predominantly used this machine for is 18-20 gauge sheet steel so its not like I was pulling much power. I didnt purchase an extended warranty, thats my fault. Is what it is. I contacted bestarc directly to see if there is anything they'd be willing to do to help out so if anything comes of it ill update this review accordingly. Pictures to show the issue mentioned.

This plasma cutter is amazing. Very easy to follow the set up instructions. I connected the leads, power and it came with a quick disconnect air fitting installed. Turned on & cut some 1/4” steel pieces and it cut very smoothly. I will need some practice to get proficient, but the first few cuts impressed me. Would buy again and would definitely recommend. Five stars!

It does the job. Works better with 240v. Can't complain about the price highly recommend

For my first Plasma cutter I have to say I love this little guy. Very easy to set up and use. Takes a little practice but with the many videos on You Tube it's very simple. I hooked mine to a 50 Amp line so as not to worry about Breaker issues. Very simple to set up for beginners allowing to cut with ease. Hook the Compressor up and your all set.

Did not maintain constant flow to the torch nozzle, works intermittently. Returned

I haven't used the cutter yet. Need to install a breaker of 40A and a circuit wiring of 8awg for running it at 110vac and for running it at 220vac, using a 30A breaker and a wiring ckt. of 10awg. Also, the machine has to have a matching female plug to run it on 220v. It does not fit on a regular 220v plug. So, it cannot be taken to job side, unless plug ins are available for the cutter. It's more a stationary cutter. Today, after a couple days later, finally tried the machine on 220vac. Tried on a piece of 1/2" metal and cut through it like cutting through butter Seems to work great, so far.

Maquina corta ate bem ,mas precisa de alguns ajustes. Gatilho muito cansativo para segurar por muito tempo,tem uma trava de segurança q vc pode eliminar,nao serve pra nada alem de atrapalhar e causar caimbras nos dedos . As pontas desgastam muito rápido se vc tentar usar sem o guia ,e tem locais q vc tem q tirar o guia para cortar.

Needed it like a spare hole in my head, until I did need it. Where have you been all my life! Takes some getting used to, use a board as a guild and you’ll make nice lines. Made a 1/4 bulk head brace and some heavy duty tabs for my cam x3 xrs. Cut it easy, a little clean up and paint and i was done. This would have taken hours to cut with a blade or grinder.
