A great item to collect, especially the mini series
Very well presented, and availability will reduce with Hess being bought by Chevron, and name Hess will disappear.

Battery was left inside it and it leaked so it only works sometimes now. Other than that great product and service

My grandson likes Hess trucks so I added this to his collection. Came in very good quality.

Nice truck, battery corroded though
Everything on the truck looks nice. The outer part is in great shape; however, this must have been sitting for a long time or something? We couldn't figure out why it was so hard to pull the "paper tab" out, or why the battery didn't want to come out. My husband discovered the battery was corroded. Luckily, he was able to clean the battery compartment enough to let a new battery make contact to work. If he wouldn't have been here, my son would have had to wait to play with it because I couldn't get the battery out.

Exactly as advertised. Was worried that the batteries were still in it, but luckily they took them out. Great product, and service.

Very disappointed
I received this for my grandson. Removed the tab nothing worked, removed the battery which was corroded which I had to pry out,used baking soda and water to clean the insides.The headlights don't work as well as the lights on top of the truck only the tail lights work.Very disappointed

All Hess trucks just seem to be made better than other vehicles. The tiny car's wheels even work, and it lights work too. It is a small truck, but as a Hess, it is super cool.
