It will infuriate you and make you want to return it. BUT give it like 1-2 weeks and it flattens out perfectly and the crease goes away completely. Looks like a normal rug. It does slip a little when stepped on repeatedly, but overall it’s fine and stays in place enough to be safe. Looks nice. It’s soft.
