This was the best thing I've bought. Can hold a lot of clothes. Has a spin cycle the squeezes out the extra water after the spin cycle. Makes it so much easier. I've washed clothes and sheets and had stuff dry within a hour. Has a lint trap that picks up every hair or lint. Small enough to fit in the tightest spaces but packs a heavy clean punch!!

Owned and used as a primary washer for over 5 years and recently found it a new home . Pros: Great quality build. Washer does a good job cleaning clothes. Really enjoyed the automatic fill and drain functionality of this, versus the gravity drain models. Getting it started was very easy. Tall rectangular design was helpful for maximizing capacity and minimizing floor space requirement. Cons: Couldn't really tell a difference beyond 3 of the wash settings, the rest seemed like overkill. There wasn't any easy way to clean the drain pump chamber, so after year 3 it required a deeper clean or residual water would remain in the chamber after draining. There was a strange cosmetic piece on the bottom that eventually just fell off and wouldn't remain, thankfully this wasn't a required piece for operation. Don't forget to turn off water source after use and keep the drain tube where you want it to drain EVERYTIME - forgetting ends in a small flood! =D

RUN!!! This seller is getting away with poor product and customer service. Amazon will NOT support you in purchasing this product as “it is a 3rd party vendor”. The vendor will NOT stand behind the 1year warranty.. will not respond to emails of support needed, they close tickets as soon as submitted with no response. Washer won’t spin, agitate, drain. Your left with no customer support! I'm on 2 weeks trying to resolve this! Still no help! Amazon will not help either!

Oh my God I love this so much I've always wanted one

I have had it a little more than a week. It washes great. Very quiet even on the spin cycle. The only thing I can complain about is it doesn’t spin a full load the way it should. The first 3 loads I tried to do an extra spin cycle and the clothes were still wet. Wet enough that I could wring water out of them by hand. After separating the load in half after the full cycle I went back and pulled half of the clothes out and did just a spin cycle and removed them then did the other half. I think it is still better than dragging all my laundry to the laundromat.

So at first I was looking at this for a few weeks and I was debating whether to buy it because there were some bad reviews but you know what I bought it and it was the great , so I did see that some people had trouble when that E2 pops up it just meant that sometimes all the water didn’t drain and needs a little help , I trouble shoot this myself and then once I fixed it , it worked back to normal and didn’t happen frequently either . The quality is great , you don’t hear it , fits perfect in a closet after your done . Doesn’t have an odor or anything at all , I’d say it was a good investment .
