There's no real difference between them and name brand towels. They soak up spills well, hold up to cleaning, and polish glass or stone surfaces equally well. There doesn't seem to be any reason to spend more on brand names.

This stuff is terrible. It’s cheap but too cheap. Not absorbent. More like fancy tissue paper

Compared too the brand I use to purchase these tear great and provide what I need in a paper towel. Price is good too:)

I've been using these Amazon Basics paper towels for a few weeks now, and overall I'm happy with the purchase. The rolls are large and last a long time, which means I don't have to replace them nearly as often as some other brands. The flex-sheet feature is also convenient because you can use a smaller sheet for minor spills and avoid wasting paper. The towels are reasonably absorbent and work well for everyday kitchen and household cleanup tasks. They handle wiping counters, cleaning up small messes, and drying hands without any issues. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they're not quite as thick or durable as some of the premium name-brand paper towels. For larger spills or tougher cleaning jobs, I occasionally need to use an extra sheet or two. That said, considering the price and quantity you get, it's still an excellent value. Overall, these are dependable everyday paper towels that get the job done while helping save money. I would definitely buy them again.
