It looks homemade, like someone cut some pex tubing and hit the end of it with a hammer to make a collar. Kept slipping down the pex when trying to expand it as if it had no collar. The collar isn't deep enough. Not only am I out the price of this faulty product, but more importantly my time. Seems like quite a few other people have had similar problems. Consider yourself warned. Apollo pex A expansion rings sold by Amazon and major box stores is a far superior quality finished product with a large molded collar, and does not look like it was made by Micky Mouse. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars DO NOT BUY THESE THERE IS NO WAY THEY ARE TRULY UPONOR *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on November 9, 2021* Wish I had read the reviews before buying these. I only looked at the star rating. I didn't want to drive 50 minutes to the closest big box store and thought these would be fine because they said they were Uponor (guessing they actually aren't). Had the same issue a lot of people have had where the stops fail upon expansion and the collar slides down the tubing. This results in you have to cut off the collar and wait for your pipe to completely contract before trying again, or cut your pipe (which will now likely cause it to be too short) and have to redo the run or add another coupling. Seriously Amazon you need to take these down as people are using them for water supply in their homes. If I could get my money back I would.
