I've never used a threadless bottle with the push in / pop up top before, so I did make sure to read the instructions. Toggle the latch to the unlocked position, push down on the lid so the pressure releases, pull off the top with the handle, fill, then it's important to make sure there's a "click" when you push the lid back down, and toggle the latch back to the locked position. I like the lock feature, which gives me a visual cue to help me feel more secure. I filled it and put it upside down for a good length of time, not to mention swinging it around a bit, and there wasn't any leakage. I'd feel confident tossing it in a bag. When I aired it out to dry, I did notice when it seemed dry, I popped the top again, and some additional drops did come out of the disconnected top when the seal was exposed, so make sure you pop the top to dry completely. I think it does what it says it will do without issue and is a functional reusable bottle that can keep things cold (or probably warm, depending on starting temp). It also appears well made and feels sturdy but isn't super heavy. The handle is substantial, easy to grab, and maneuvers smoothly. The design is playful but attractive and could suit either a child or a fun-loving adult. The rubberized bottom helps keep it in place on a smooth surface. For people who feel weird about the additional step of taking off the lid to access the liquid, that's a fair preference, but this is clearly advertised as how it's designed. No trickery here. I grew up in a generation that had nearly indestructible colored plastic bottles (if you know, you know) where you had to twist off the lid to drink, so it doesn't bother me or feel burdensome, and it's also less to clean without the straws, etc. The threadless design creates a smoother surface to drink or pour from, too. I feel like the neck is still small enough to not be a hazard for spilling down the sides of your face unless you're in turbulent conditions. The price might be a little steep if you're on the fence about the mechanism, but if you're a fan of the way it works, it may be worth it.

I normally run around with a Stanley but Iโm so happy I bought this. The tan color is really beautiful and I will be purchasing another one because my teenage daughter jacked mine week one.

The first thing I did was look for something indicating whether it was dishwasher safe, because I always wash new products before first use and I thought I found a tiny symbol that indicated it was, but looking at the product description, it says hand-wash only, so oopsie. For the record, it seemed to survive the top-rack of the dishwasher OK. Next, I filled it up with water, closed the lid and gave it some good shakes upside down over the sink to see if it would leak and it didn't. I then put some cold water from the fridge in it and let it sit on my desk for four hours to see if it stayed cold. It was still cool, but not really cold. Perhaps this would work better if you put ice in it, but I don't put ice in my drinks. I also don't do hot drinks, so I didn't test it with anything hot. The little handle makes it easy to carry, though I found it a bit small for my taste. The bottle is also heavier than most water bottles. I'm not a huge fan of the polka-dot design, but it seems well done and there were no visible flaws. The lid goes on and comes off relatively easily, though I had to fiddle with it a bit a few times to get the lock tab to close. I like that you don't have to try to drink out of a smelly, hard-to-clean straw. It does carry over some of the typical metallic taste I've experienced with other metal cups or water bottles, but I prefer that to the funk you sometimes get with plastic bottles. It's a bit on the small side, particularly if you add ice to it. Overall, I think it's an interesting approach to a leak-free water bottle, but I don't think I'd want to carry it around with me because of the weight. It works well enough for home use, though I wish it kept things a bit colder without having to add ice and I'd prefer it to be dishwasher safe.

Second time ordering this bottle. The first one I lost while traveling and was very upset. I travel a lot for work and this has helped me when working in severely hot places (e.g., 116ยฐ in Phoenix). I put ice in there and over 24 hrs later, I still have ice. I also do recreational sports and am not gentle with it. Other brands (hydroflask, swell, odwalla, etc.) all dent and scratch quickly. I have not had that issue with HOLOHOLO. Itโs thick metal without being too heavy. Highly recommend.

Cute water bottle, but it's heavier than I expected it to be. It also feels awkward to hold in the hand, probably due to its heaviness and width. I haven't gotten a chance to test how it works with hot or cold liquids though as I sent it back immediately. Too bad, though, because I really like that nice brown color.
