Perfect for your moulding chocolate. Remember to mix slowly and not to much only to it just combined. Beating fast and hard and a long time will not help you in this recipe you will do more harm than good. Would buy again

Never made my sweets with out Karo!
I could never ever make candies, frostings and have the great outcome if I were not able to use Karo syrup. I only use Karo Syrup and I have never been disappointed. I have it shipped to me here in The Netherlands yearly because my Holiday baking would not be able to take place with out it. I make gifts every year and they have to be perfect. I prefer corn syrup over other glucose syrups for candy making and thus why I pay the extra for shipping. They have a great website for info on storage and recipes if you need it.
