Review: Cheap and doesnt work - This product is so cheaply made and when you extend it across your windshield it does not stay against the window and the suction cups come loose and it falls off the window. DO NOT BUY!
Review: Suction cups don't hold, but works as a low cost shade - I got this for a home door window to use as a temporary shade. Basically the suction cups will not stay stuck for long even if you use a little bit of water. I think this is at least partially due to the spring loaded action of it wanting to roll back up. I had to use basically a hook on both ends nailed into the window frame to keep it in place. For the price, it works for my temporary purposes, and it easily rolls up each time it is unhooked. But I can't imagine it actually working as a car windshield shade.

I got this for a home door window to use as a temporary shade. Basically the suction cups will not stay stuck for long even if you use a little bit of water. I think this is at least partially due to the spring loaded action of it wanting to roll back up. I had to use basically a hook on both ends nailed into the window frame to keep it in place. For the price, it works for my temporary purposes, and it easily rolls up each time it is unhooked. But I can't imagine it actually working as a car windshield shade.
