The paper on last batch I ordered was white as the driven snow. I suspect paper was dyed. **Q: The latest package seems to have a coating on the inside. While it makes for a cleaner pour (grounds don't adhere to the side), what is the coating?** A: Mine don't have anything like this. You should also be rinsing it before use.
