The only other concentrated B-complex vitamin source that comes close, is nutritional yeast... and some folks can’t handle the taste of that. This is currently the only b-complex vitamin I recommend. I’m sure there are other good ones out there, but I’m no longer looking, ever since I found this one a few years ago.

**Q: Does this product contain soy?**
A: This is absolutely the only one B complex product that I have found that contains more ingredients (like amino acids, bee pollen, barley grass, herbal extracts) that are good for you than any other product I have researched. 

Other ingredients listed: Near the end of the list is soy lechitin, so it must be a small amount.

Turns out new information from Dr. Stephen Gundry research lecithins are not good for you. However they occur in so many things like (things containing seeds) cucumbers, tomatoes, green beans, squash, melons, etc. Study That! 

I highly recommend B-Complex by Rainbow Light plus their 50+Mini-Tablet Food Base Multivitimin
