Almost *by C***B on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 4, 2013* First an foremost I'd like to say: "These grips are awesome!" Everyone who sees them, says they love the look of them. They are very well made, they fit on my ATI Titan perfectly, and they feel absolutely great in my hand... now.I slapped these on my pistol (when my pistol finally arrived) and they went on without a hitch. The only problem I had was when I picked up my gun, the bottom corner of the grip was quite pointed and dug into the bottom of the palm of my hand.I had installed some Pierce "under the grip" finger groove grips on my gun, which pushes these grips out a few millimeters. So I removed those thinking that might have been the problem. With or without the Pierce grips the edge still got me.I then had some of my friends who have different hand sizes (ranging from "smaller than normal" to "ogre") try holding my gun and they all had the same problem, the corners were too sharp.So out comes my trusty Dremmel, a couple seconds of sanding, a couple seconds of buffing and "TA-DA!" perfect 1911 grips with only about a minute of modification. The grips are made with a solid color, not painted, so when I smoothed out the corners they still looked great. The newly rounded corners have a dull finish, like the recessed cutouts, instead of the high gloss of the main body of the grip.My final analysis is these grips are nearly perfect, and would be if they came without the sharp corners, for comfort and carry purposes (don't want a sharp/pointed edge to snag your gun on some clothing while trying to present it). Oh, and did I mention they are INEXPENSIVE! They cost about half what other polymer grips are selling for.Bottom line, I reccomend these to everyone. I purchased two pair, one for my compact and one for my full size. The pair for my compact fit perfectly but the pair for my full size needed a little fitting because that weapon has an extended ambi safety. Fitting the panels on the full size was no problem. I sent a email to the company and they got back to me within 10 minutes with the perfect advice on how to fit the panels. I am amazed at the price, these panel are very good quality and will stand up with the grips that cost 2 to 3 times as much any day. I have recommend this company and their products to all of my range partners. Also when you purchase from this company you are supporting the Veterans that work for the company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 9, 2013* I purchased these grips after a friend told me about them. I was skeptical at first, the pictures don't do them any justice. I was thinking they would have been made out of plastic or polymer, They are actually made out of dense wood. They also come with the rubber washers for a snug fit. There are some sharp corners at the base (which I read in previous reviews), to expose the rear screw on the base of the backstrap. It is not as bad as I thought, they dont really require any attention, although, next time ge bored, I probably will fire up the dremel and run them down a little bit. All in all, for the price, I was extremely pleased, and will buy these grips for my other 1911's.
