One minor complaint was that one of the pins for the second parallel port connection was bent (did not affect ability) which obviously indicates it was damaged during assembly or packaging. It came with two shorter brackets as promised and a driver installation CD. As I am running windows 10, I use one for for the printer (need a male to male adapter) and one for the sentinel pro key.As for drivers, it is best to download from their official website, and extract the files and run the exe to install the drivers.
