Review: Da oltre 30 anni faccio il pane in casa con le 'macchinette'... la mia prima macchina per il pane la acquistai in Germania quando nel nostro Paese nessuno sapeva nemmeno cosa fossero... ingaggiai un amico per tradurmi le istruzioni... e via... quanti 'pani' ho buttato all'inizio... (poi ho imparato a farli seccare per il pangrattato) sostanzialmente le macchinette 'economiche' non sono cambiate, sono dei piccoli robot che eseguono una serie di istruzioni... impasta, lievita, impasta, lievita, cuoci. Se qualcosa va storto... si butta tutto. Questa Panasonic è invece dotata di alcuni accorgimenti che vi aiuteranno a fare sempre un pane eccellente, tanto per cominciare i doppi sensori di temperatura ed umidità, che misurano l'ambiente interno ed esterno, ed in base a questo la macchina 'decide' di trattare diversamente l impasto. Questa è una delle funzioni più innovative, la macchina diventa 'smart' ed è dotata di una propria mini-intelligenza per assicurare risultati eccellenti. La vaschetta per il lievito è una idea grandiosa per mescolare il lievito (granulare) al momento giusto, onde evitare che venga a contatto col sale e venga depotenziato. E' possibile utilizzare anche lievito in cubetti, pasta madre o li.co.li ed addirittura c'e' un programma per preparare il lievito madre (dura 24h) ma che volete di più ?? ah.... la vaschetta per gli ingredienti aggiuntivi, al momento giusto... io ho provato con fiocchi di avena, semi di lino, di papavero, formaggio in pezzetti e sempre con risultati eccellenti. Un altra cosa molto importante... le macchine 'economiche' da poche decine di euro hanno tutte il problema che dopo qualche tempo si usura la guarnizione dell'alberino centrale, con conseguente perdita di liquidi sul fondo. In questa macchina Panasonic il problema è stato risolto con un tipo di aggancio semplice ed innovativo, che non sforza l alberino centrale e dovrebbe garantire lunghissima durata della macchina... la vaschetta interna costa come una macchina nuova e non conviene certo sostituirla... Il rivestimento antiaderente è ottimo, anche se non indicato io gli do sempre una spennellatina di olio di semi prima di versare gli ingredienti... ne allungherà la vita utile (visto l investimento... cerchiamo di tenerla buona per molto tempo!) I programmi sono tantissimi, le spiegazioni sono chiarissime e semplici (SE LE LEGGETE.... prendetevi 15 minuti e leggetele bene !) e potrete fare pane e molto altro. Io ho scaricato dal sito Panasonic le istruzioni in PDF e le ho sempre a portata di mano. ultima nota: tutte le macchinette che ho avuto avevano un programma 'rapido' per fare il pane in 1,30 o 2 ore - ogni volta ho buttato tutto, venivano dei parallelepipedi umidi ed immangiabili. Sorpresa... il programma Panasonic 2 ore mi ha dato un pane eccellente che è durato molti giorni. Devo segnalrvi che alcuni programmi 'integrali' durano 5 ore, ma è il tempo corretto per alcune lievitazioni, tentare in meno tempo... spreco di materie prime ed energia. Una macchina SUPERLATIVA

I've been making my own bread for years and I've always bought Panasonic, and it's never let me down. It's much quieter than my last machine, and makes wonderful bread. It's very easy to get a loaf out of the tin and you can choose the colour of crust you like best and the size of your loaf. The gluten-free settings will be great for when my granddaughter visits, and I've made a few successful cakes in it too. Only one downside for me; the print for the programmes is too small for me to see comfortably. I find that a bit of a struggle. But while I was searching for the right breadmaker, I found one that had much bigger print which was very easy to see - but, it only had one gluten-free setting. So swings and roundabouts. I love my breadmaker 💘
