Love this cheese!
Just a great tasting, healthy cheese. I love that it's ethically sourced from small farms. I also love that it makes a delicious Southwestern pizza!

Tastes so good
I love this shredded cheese. I love that the cut is a bit wider than other shredded cheese. I put this on top of arugula, pumpkin seeds and avocado. It’s the best snack!

Sharpness
I was asked to rate warmth again. It doesn't come warm, I think that part is up to the consumer. It tastes good too..but it isn't sharp - it didn't answer a single trivia question I asked it.

Delicious cheddar. It does have potato starch, organic to keep it from being stuck. That starch is touted as a prebiotic though. I love the convenience and the taste.
