Safe to say we nailed what we set out to do by maintaining a lot of bang for the Buck in the HP2 price point! cover... this cover was first introduced on the original no rules and will tackle any amount of oil you want to throw its way. This cover can be sanded more for those heavier oil conditions just like the no rules. Condition... the intention of this ball was to create that ideal "step down" when the conditions call for it. It will allow you to stay in the same zone you were playing with the stronger balls, but because of the higher RG core, it will clear the fronts much easier and grab as early. Or it can be used on the fresh when the backbends are crisp and you need a stronger motion that won't go sideways down lane.
