**Q: Placing a backpack on a wheelchair applies weight on the back rest and always rips it. Will these straps be a solution for this problem ?**
A: They will work if you strap them from the handle bars of the wheel chair, it also depends how much weight you put on them I think they can handle around 15lbs, maybe a bit more, because my wife has a big diaper bag hanging from them.

**Q: Does this come with two clips?**
A: Yes there is a clip on each strap,  two straps total

**Q: How long is the brass hook (the metal) part?**
A: Its approximately 1.5" from where it is mounted to the bottom of the hook, internally the length is about 1" and the opening is about 3/8".

**Q: How do these attach to a stroller? It doesn't look like they open. Can they hook on the a grocery cart?**
A: They don't open. You lay them across the handle and stick the clip down in the hole, then clip your bag to it. It's hard to explain but I promise they work great! And yes they should work with a grocery cart!
