Not recommended
It is definitely not what I thought it was going to be. The taste is horrible and nothing comes out of it like it’s supposed to so I do not know how it will cleanse your lungs. There is no vapors or anything coming out of it. A waste of money

Reduce the urge to smoke!
I'm trying to quit smoking. Whenever I feel the urge, I take a puff of this herbal stick, and it really works. I feel like I smoke less often, and I'm planning to buy some more.

Not inhalable
Terrible. It says to be inhaled through the mouth but the oil (or whatever it is on the inner core) gets in my mouth and it’s really gross and not sure if it can even be “ingested”. Instructions are unclear. Kind of gross. Might be able to use in the nostrils? I don’t know but probably will toss it!

I dont know if I like it or not
Its cheap. It works well. Idk if it will help with quitting but the taste is strong. Im giving it a 3 star review because its not at all what I expected the taste for me is a bit much. It kinda reminds me of eucalyptus the first time I used it. If it works for quitting ill update my review.

Would not recommend
This is ok. I like the vicks pens better. This doesnt really do what it says it will do. Dont help me at all. They dont last very long at all. Would not buy again.

Taste like soap.
Taste terrible... taste like a floral soap and gives an oily coating in your mouth thats hard to get out... the size is good... but do not recommend 😝

I do not recommend
Leaks oil onto the “butt” end so when you hit it, your lips are covered in the minty oil. Not terrible but not preferred. Doesn’t do enough to calm cravings.
