Men's 8" Heather Performance Golf Short

I love the way these shorts fit. I’m 5’7” and weigh 270 lbs and these are one of the few shorts I can find that will fit my waist and aren’t so long that they look like basketball shorts. They fall just above the knee and breathe well. They are durable and look great! The material is soft and extremely comfortable. I have since bought 3 pairs in different colors.

My husband is 5'9" and has complained for years that the shorts he wears for golf are too long and look more like "basketball shorts." It's fairly easy to find petite sized clothing for women in department stores but not so for men so I was happy to find these on Amazon. They look very nice on him and are more in proportion to his height.

Hubs was thinking that these aren't going to be good. He loves them!!

Pretty close to size, a little bigger than advertised

The fit is true to size but they do have some stretch to them so they allow some leeway for more comfort. I think the thing I like the most aside from the stretch is that the material feels really good. I like wearing them not only for golfing but for everyday activities like running errands.

What I like: This short is well-tailored, not bulky. The stitching is good quality, no loose threads. YKK zipper plus top button closure. The inner waistband is ribbed so the shorts don’t easily slip down or ride up while wearing. There are 4 pockets- the two slit front pockets are deep, the left back pocket has a single-button closure, the right back pocket was basted shut- shut it gives the short a slim profile, open it provides a fourth deep pocket. Remarks: true-to-size (perhaps slightly loose, but would not order size down). Washing instructions include: “Do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets, machine wash cold with like colors, non-chlorine bleach, tumble dry low, cool iron.” What could be better: For unclear reasons the “Dark Peacoat Heather” color is high-priced.
