Packaged very nicely. Installed quickly. Cools off the room quickly. Like the remote option. Had to drill a hole on the bottom to release water build up but it is LOUD!!! Even louder than my old one.

Bad - Do Not Recommend Buying
Provides the same amount of cooling as my 5000 BTU air conditioner and this thing is insanely loud on the high setting. You cannot sit in the same room as this air conditioner on the high setting because it is too loud. You would never be able to hear the television, read a book or concentrate on anything if you are in the same room as this air conditioner on the high setting. Price was reasonable, but it is too loud and does not provide enough cooling for a 8000 BTU air conditioner. I would highly recommend buying another brand. This was the first and last time I will buy a Whirlpool product. I highly recommend you buy another air conditioner.
