I ordered a black one and it really is a lovely, very dark black colour that doesn't seem to fade in the wash.The reason that I've given this sheet 3 stars rather than 5 is the fitting. My son has a new Euro Double-sized bed, (140x200cm), and, having read the reviews, I decided to go for the larger size of 140-160cm x 200cm for the sheet rather than the 120-140cm. What a good job that I did, as I can only get this supposedly 140-160cm width sheet onto the 140cm wide mattress with a huge struggle, (and a lot of stretching), and even when it's on the corners it rides up in the middle of the mattress so that it only just covers the top of the mattress - looking unsightly and making it prone to coming off. Washing and drying the sheet doesn't seem to have made any difference to the size issue as it seems to have stayed the same size. It's interesting that most other reviews do not mention sizing issues, so I wonder if this is just a "rogue" manufacturing mistake?I do like the sheet so was considering returning this one and buying the 160-180cm width sheet.
