Great overall. *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 4, 2020* I bought this bag about 2 months ago and I’ve had quite the roller coaster of impressions from it. Initially, it was absolutely excellent. I love the overall design and the structure of it. However, I had to have it replaced by the manufacturer because one of the two buttons just ripped straight off, due to poor build quality. BUT, the overall support was great. I made a ticket on the mos website and they made me an RMA, I shipped the backpack back to them, which did NOT include a prepaid shipping label, so it was a cost up front to return it. BUT, they did promise to refund the shipping cost after receiving and inspecting the item. I waited over 10 days after the package was confirmed as delivered, and they never emailed me back to let me know that. However, they did leave a phone number at the bottom of their initial email. I called it, had an incredibly friendly and helpful gentleman help me by looking up my order number, and tracking number. He even made an administrative choice to help me skip some steps in the process by doing them for me, meaning I didn’t have to do anything after making that call. After that, I was refunded my shipping expense, and I received a brand new replacement. Not a return or lower quality version of any kind. So, yes, that was quite a lot of ups and downs that brought me to this moment of writing a review. Before concluding, I do want to also touch on my overall impressions of the manufacturing and build quality. I know I already said I think the overall quality is excellent, and I do think that. But, if you look at the image I have attached, that is how many hanging strings, fuzz, and extra material I had to remove carefully using a sharp knife. I had the same exact experience when I received my initial order as I did when unpacking and setting up my second one. So, that is one other thing I find worth noting. I know that’s a lot, but that’s my honest, unfiltered experience.
