This is my second unit, and Frigidaire never disappoints. It is remarkably quiet and pulls moisture out of the air incredibly fast (about one full bucket a day). I actually enjoy manually emptying the tank,it’s very satisfying to see it working so well. but it also has a drainage hose option for direct down-the-drain emptying. Excellent product!

This is exactly what we needed. We had an older version of Frigidaire dehumidifier which stopped running after numerous years so we upgraded to this newer model . It was an excellent value for the sale price we paid. It is very quiet and does the job perfectly. It’s very sleek looking and easy to use. Would highly recommend this unit

It restores my faith in dehumidifiers. We’ve had like 3-4 different ones that I sent back or filed warranty work/replacement. We’ve had this one for about a week. Has huge tank, is quiet and twice a day we empty a gallon or more. Dropped house humidity from 65% to 51%.

Does good job but note the water bucket capacity is only 2.5 gallons. It’s a little noisy and warm but so are most humidifiers. WiFi stopped working and resets and troubleshooting didn’t ever fix it so just stopped using it. (Problems occurred after power outage.)

No auto-shut off when you remove the bucket to empty it. You have to turn the unit off to do that. Most of the lights on the screen don't work (inc. the power indicator,) unless it's on the 2nd mode. Frigidaire customer service assures me this is how it's supposed to work. These days, Frigidaire dehumidifiers don't last 2 years (as many reviews--and my own experience--clearly show.) It's a powerhouse of dehumidification, sure, but I knew well enough to buy the 4-year warranty, as we're going to need it (so, ultimately, the cost of the unit is +$50, and it still won't work nearly as long as it should.) The Frigidaire dehumidifier I bought 14 years ago's still going strong. I should've bought 2 back then... 8 days after receiving it, it's mostly stopped sucking up the humidity. The warm air that blows out the top is cold. Now to navigate Frigidaire's warranty nightmare. Further update; Despite the company telling me they'll replace the clearly defective unit, navigating the warranty system really is a nightmare. I had to call back for more help, as my problem wasn't listed as an option. Their CSR told me to pick anything, because it doesn't matter. I suspect this is how they're going to "invalidate" the claim. We'll see... Instead of honoring their warranty and replacing the unit (as I was told they would,) now they want me to ret'n this to AMZ (despite the fact that I'm old, arthritic, and don't even have the packing materials anymore.) I could barely get it into my house when it was delivered, and now they want me to repackage and lug it 20 miles away.

I live in Florida. A dehumidifier is a must. Our old one just... died. WOuldn't turn on, nothing. So... got this as a replacement. Seems to work quite well. Hold more drainage than the last one to boot.

Lifesaver! After finding out our basement had high humidity for years that we weren’t aware of, I immediately order this knowing I needed major help. My basement readings were 60-65% humidity all day after being made aware. I’ve had this thing plugged in for 30 mins and I’m already down to 58%. I can feel the stress releasing from my body. I struggle with anxiety and knowing we went unaware for almost 7 years really messes with me. Knowing I have this running and can see it working, I mentally feel so much relief. The app is really cool too because it shows the humidity level without even having to walk down the stairs. I wish it would say how full the bin is because I don’t have it set up to drain into the sump pump yet, but I won’t take any stars away for that. 10/10 this is the one you want!

As advertised. Works well and has many different settings. The last one I had gave off a lot of heat, but this one does not- which is nice when it’s already hot out. It is also not as loud as others I’ve had. It’s a realistic weight for the product and is easy to wheel around to locations throughout the house.
