Review: Just like I remember! - We bought this as a birthday present for our 8 year old as a request and she absolutely loves it. So far, we have had it a week and it is her favorite toy. I had one when I was her age about 20 years ago and they are just like I remember. The mermaid skin is unique and stylish but subtle enough as to not be obnoxious. Hopefully our daughter can make her Tamagotchi last for quite some time because she absolutely loves it and has a blast with it throughout the day.

I LOVED Tamagotchis as a kid! If you want a shot of nostalgia, pick this up. They're super cute and fun to play around with. I didn't have any problems with the screen brightness personally.
