Microsoft basically told me "tough luck" and refused to help....because, my goodness it's over 1 month old (3 months of very careful use) so how could you EVER expect us to warranty something so old....yeah, whatever.Anyways, this solved the problem without me taking the controller apart. Seemed the adapter had no power. 30min with Amazon tech support (they’re amazing) and we could not figure out a fix. The awesome tech support persons even searched for a contact for this manufacturer and could not find anything. I told him I googled the company too and found nothing online. Thankfully we are getting a refund from Amazon. I gave this company a second chance and it’s been a waste of my time. Looking elsewhere.Side note: why does Xbox one make it so difficult to find a compatible adapter?!
