Inflatable Decompression Belt for Lower Back Pain Relief, Beige

My husband has been wearing this now for approximately 10 days and swears by it. He's been a builder/contractor for 45+ years and as you can imagine has had his share of bumps and bruises not to mention chronic back pain from years of bending and lifting heavy items. He received the belt a day early and just in time for a major concrete driveway pour the following day. Usually after such an undertaking he's down for the count and/or laid up for a couple days with trips to the chiropractor due to severe back pain. His recovery can last several weeks. But he wore the belt all day and although tired from a hard day of work, his back was fine and he said he experienced no pain at all with no trips to the chiropractor. He wears it every day now and says it's very comfortable and easy to use. We're sold and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this belt to anyone seeking back pain relief. When needed will definitely purchase again.

I had been watching the infomercials on tv and I wanted to try this type of device. I have been using an inversion table for many years and it makes my back feel better and I was only using it a few times a month or after some strenuous activity. I have no problems with the inversion table but I can feel it in my ankles and knees. That's the main reason I decided to try this device. I don't know anything about the belt I see on TV but this device does the job my inversion table did without the wear and tear on my joints. The first time I put it on it made me feel so good I thought maybe it was my imagination just wanting to feel better. I've been wearing it since and my back pain is almost gone. I wear it when I am standing and or walking. It is slightly uncomfortable when I sit so I remove it while sitting. It holds pressure with no leaks. Easy to pump up and discharge the air. My wife tried using it and now we take turns using it until my second belt arrives in a few days. Now I think I will fold my inversion table up and put it in the closet. This worked out great also because I was looking for something I can use when I travel. I would recommend this for anyone. Great job on the belt and thanks.

Hemos with lower back pain management

I have 4 bulging discs and a lot of pain. My spine is compressed, and I have degeneration big time. Part of my treatment plan is decompression (traction) at my doctor's. The table they use is EXPENSIVE to buy for myself. This is a great alternative. It does NOT stretch me as much as the table at my docs- it is NOT a replacement for that more intensive treatment. But it is excellent for a more gentle separation of my vertebrae. It's comfortable, easy to use, and when I'm wearing it, my pain is lessened a great deal. I've only been using it for a few days, so cannot speak to long term benefits, but so far I am VERY pleased and feel that this was a great value for the benefits I'm receiving. It came packaged nicely in a box with simple instructions. Quality of product seems high to me- sturdy and solid construction. It comes with a panel that allows you to extend the length of the belt. I am a large woman- 275 pounds with a 48" waist. This fits very comfortably, with a few inches to spare. And because it is adjustable, I'm confident it would work just as well for smaller people. This is a life saver for me!

Due to a condition of a pinched nerve in the lumbar region, my physiotherapist suggested some form of back support. This air traction belt was purchased to provide pain relief and, to its credit, it does perform well if it can be inflated. However, the pump that comes with the belt came apart after one month of use. I tried to reassemble the pump, but it now leaks when attempting to inflate the belt. I had contacted the seller via the Amazon app, asking for a replacement pump. Other than an acknowledgement from Amazon I have not heard from the seller. Since there is no other method of inflation except for the pump that comes with the belt since the connection to the belt is unique and cannot it cannot be used with a bicycle pump, the product is worthless. This could all be mitigated with some form of operational customer service on the part of the seller.

I guess if I had a different body shape, maybe this product would have worked better. I'm a middle-aged woman with a short waist. When I put it on it rides all the way up like a corset on me because of sitting on my hips. I think in principle, if you had a different shape, it would work. The compression feels ok, but it doesn't really help my lumbar pain. But again I think this is because of my body shape. It might work for somebody that's more uniform size in their hip and stomach area.

This brace inflates and expands up and down. It sort of sits between your hips and rib cage. It does expand a little bit inward, but more so up and down. It is meant to expand your vertebrae like an inversion table would. It's not perfect. I find it offers some nice relief...up to the point where I can't take it any more and I take it off. It can be intense. It can push against your diaphragm. It's difficult to sleep with. Those things don't have anything to do with this particular brand. I've found the quality of this brand to be really good. No problems in about 6 months so far. I feel like it wouldn't last if I abused it, so I treat it pretty gently.

don't write a lot of reviews. I brought this product for my husband he has severe back problems and watching him walk he leans forword. He has leaned over so much now his upper back has started hurting. He put the back brace on and pumped it up and you should have seen the smile on his face oh my goodness he said I can feel such a difference already. It was late so he wore it about 30 minutes before he went to bed. The next day he put it on and started wearing it and I couldn't believe the difference in the way he was walking and standing he was walking with his back straight up. Today is the third day he put it on this morning when he first got up and he has been outside loading the RV he just walked in the house to get another load of stuff to go in the RV he went out the door then open the door and stuck his head back in and said "this back thing works it's worth whatever it cost". I pray this continues to help him to be able to enjoy life without the constant back pain. Blessings Sheila

I have been using my Ginekoo back belt for 4 years. It works great for my back. I would recommend it for anyone needing back support.

J ai 2 hernies discal L4 L5 L5 S1, la douleur deousi le mois de mai me prenais la fesse jusqu a la malléole, c étais insupportable, même avec des médicaments tel que ixprim ou acupan ou tout ce qui est paracetamol etc, séance c est le chiropracteur qui n'a rien donné, le lendemain la douleur était revenu. J ai commandé cette ceinture pour tester, et là, une fois mise sur la peau direct et non par dessus un vêtement, car l'efficacité n'est pas la même, ma douleur a disparu instantanément, je l ai garder une semaine complète sur moi, juste enlever pour la douche, au bout d une semaine szns ceinture plus aucune douleur, mais je l ai garder une semaine de plus pendant mes activités et le soir pour dormir car cz permet le soir au repos de bien étirer les vertèbres et de décompresser l hernie, aujourd'hui musculation charge lourde longue marche ou station debout prolonger sans douleur, mais je la mets tous les soirs pour dormir en serrant un max, cz permet de reposer tout cz la nuit... Et des le 1er jour d utilisations je n ai pris aucun médicament, faut savoir aussi qu une mauvaise paire de chaussure, sous marque, contrefaçon de marque est responsable en grande majorité de vos problème de dos... Et ainsi que votre position de dormir, c est pour cela que si vous avez une mauvaise position de sommeil ou si vous avez un sommeil agiter, c est mieux de dormir avec la ceinture, elle permet de bien maintenir votre dos.
