It really corrected her posture, immediately!I didn’t give it 5 starts because the straps irritate the front of her shoulders after riding for 1 hour. I might need a bigger size. She used it for a week and gave up on using it as teachers told her she doesn’t needed. Thus, she doesn’t use it anymore. The nature of the product is that it will be a little uncomfortable. However, this one is only uncomfortable due to years of slouching, not because the product is poorly designed. I am 5'3" #110 lbs and this fits well, it would work for someone smaller or larger. I am happy that I did. The only draw back is that it digs in at the shoulders a bit. I expect they all do that. I simply wear it over my clothes and I am happy with it.
