This is the greatest notebook ever !!! The paper is so smooth and such a beautiful cream color. I love the small grid ! The notebook cover is thin but strong and comes in gorgeous colors !!!

Love this notebook. Paper works great with fountain pens.

Paper is kind of "between" Tomoe River and Midori in texture. I enjoy writing on it. Takes both gel and fountain pen inks well; I haven't used with pencil. Kind of an off-white color. Photos are with Mr. Pen fountain pen with Hongdian sky blue and a Writech felt-tip in a light brown color, from one of their kits. I personally like the perforations and have not had any pages come loose on their own; they do detach pretty easily if you fold/crease along the perforations and then tug, so this could be either a selling point or a problem, depending on how rough you are with your notebooks and how often you want to detach pages. In addition to using this notebook "straight," I sometimes detach individual sheets to use as "tip-ins" for my Hobonichi Cousin when I have more to say than will fit on a single day's page. The texture is close enough not to be jarring and the sheet size is exact; I haven't measured the grid size, but it's a closer match for my Cousin than Midori's. Thickness is similar to the Hobonichi Cousin Avec, a little thinner than the book-binding (not traveler's) Midori A5.

Amazing quality paper. Fantastic for fountain pens. Highly recommended. Though probably the regular version vs the Limex collab. Regular version cover is textured. Looks and feels superior to this in my opinion. That said. You can't go wrong.
