6Inch Mini Chainsaw with Extension Pole, 2-in-1 Pole Saw for Tree Trimming

These have been a good surprise. Cleared a lot of small trees and even a very large fallen pine tree with the chainsaw. The chain tension can be finicky. The shears work pretty well, but there is a strange delay in getting them up and running when first turning them on.

I love this tool. It is handy and well made. The batteries last a long time. The pruner is incredibly powerful and snips through pretty thick branches. It extends to reach higher limbs. It can be a unwieldy if extended all the way, but I am learning to handle it. The only thing is that it came with almost no instructions. It was difficult to put together the first time and the pruner has an odd trick. After you press the button to turn it on, you have to wait about 10 seconds before it works. It will beep when it is ready to work. This drove me crazy until I figured it out. I even watched some YouTube videos and it stumped the influencers.

I cut race trails for a dirt bike racing series and I've put these tools through their paces this year. They have been amazing and several others that have used them have followed suit buying a set for themselves. I have experienced the same issue several others have reported with the extension pole (it stops functioning). At first it was sporadic and then the tools stopped functioning completely on the pole. As others reported, the tools worked fine with the batteries but not on the pole. I had mine long enough that they were past the point of warranty so I took apart the extension pole assembly. I found that the problem lies in the circuit board that connects the tools at the top of the pole. On mine, the negative terminal had come apart from the board and on further inspection you could see very little solder was used. I placed the terminal back on the board and re-soldered the connecting points and re-assembled the pole. I also left a 4 star because of how slow the battery charger is. These batteries take hours to charge. For the typical home owner it should be fine but if you're a heavy user you might want to consider investing in a 3rd battery.

I looked at expensive cordless pole saws from the major brands and decided to give these a try because of the price. Very happy I did. I used to borrow a gas powered Stihl pole saw from family once a year to trim up my trees. These do not extend out as far, but seem to be equally as powerful. Also, figured out they except Makita batteries. Although the 2 batteries that come with it lasted. Took me a while to drain them. This set is a great bang for your buck. Definitely recommend.

I loved this thing to death for the first 11 months I owned it. Went to use it today and cannot get any power to the chainsaw or pruner using the pole. Both work fine with the battery attached directly, so I know it's not the battery or charger. I am so disappointed. Tried calling their customer service number and got the voice mail of a guy named Scott. Let's see if they read their reviews and respond to my warranty claim. I'm just a few days under the 1 year warranty.

I purchased this to use for a large amount of brush and tree limbs to burn due to recent wind storms. I had dozen large tree limbs about 4 inch diameter and range in 10 to 25 feet long. Was using a hand saw and a saws-all. I received this small chain saw yesterday. The tool came inside a nice case, and after opening everything that came in case can be stored back in case which I rarely see. The only issue I have with it is even though it came with a manual, I wished the manual was a little more informative. other than that it came with 2 batteries that are 24V, 2 6"chains, 2-4"chains, 6 inch bar, 4 inch bar and a couple tools along with gloves and safety glasses. I am not sure on quality of safety glasses, I used my safety glasses designed to be used with a router. The tool came set up with the 6 inch bar and chain and did not have to adjust out of the box. The batteries only took a couple hours each to fully charge before first use. The battery charger will have a solid red light but when batteries are charged it will change to a solid green light (Not mentioned in the manual). Not sure if any type of grease should be used on the bar since this does not have a oil tank for chain (Also does not mention in the manual). I had no issues with performance when using. I used the tool for about 1 hour and did not change batteries. I am not sure the hardest of the wood I was cutting but I made a lot of cuts. Everything was cut to about 3-4 foot to fit inside a burn barrel. At one time it did smell as if the tool was getting over heated but it was only slightly warm to touch. I did notice on some very small branches that they might get lodged in the saw blade but they are easy to remove. I did do a small torture test with and made as many cuts I could using more force on tool that I would normally use and only had it shut off once but it reset very quickly. So i would diffidently recommend this to anyone for small pruning jobs, to even some medium sized jobs. The trigger and safety are very easy to operate one handed, did not get any fatigue in my hand for squeezing trigger for long period of time. Would be great to take camping, or fishing to clear small path.

This product works great! I love the pruning shears because they have great power. The chainsaw is amazingly powerful for its size. Very durable. I'm only 4'11" tall so the pole extensions worked great. I've used each item for 3 consecutive hours trimming trees (up to 4" in diameter). A few notes not in the manual: When using the shears on the end of the pole, the power turns itself off after not using it for a bit, just press the trigger 3 times in succession and the power comes back on at the top of the pole! Hold the switch down for a few seconds (beeps) to adjust the opening size of the shears. On the chainsaw: if the third section of pole (top) turns, tighten the nut near that clamp (photo) then close the clamp...this stops the top section of pole from twisting around. Also, when changing the chain, or tightening it, be sure to leave the wing nut holding the bar in place loose. Then tighten the chain, THEN tighten the wing nut. The wing nut actually holds the bar still so it won't move, too tight and you can't tighten the chain. Information from the Seller via email to me: Chain file: Used to sharpen the chain teeth. The file should be parallel to the cutting edge of the chain teeth. Sharpening angle: Typically recommended at 30°-35°, but refer to the markings on the chain or the manual for specific details. Sharpening direction: Always sharpen in one direction (typically outward), avoiding back-and-forth movements to prevent damage to the file and saw teeth. Dull chain: If the chainsaw requires excessive force to cut or produces fine sawdust instead of coarse sawdust, it is time to sharpen the chain. Loose chain: After prolonged use, the tension may need to be readjusted. Insufficient lubrication: If the chain emits smoke or cuts slowly, check the lubricant.
