There is a larger compartment that fits standard sized toothpaste containers and four smaller compartments that hold brushes. The adhesive portion sticks to the wall securely. Cons: While the sticker adheres well, the organizer itself hangs on in such a way that it is not secure. It slides from side to side and has a slight forward tilt. The construction is average, but generally unattractive. The water from the brush will simply drip down through the bottom of the cage and onto the floor during storage.
