I've been searching for YEARS to find a boot that was well-made, comfortable, waterproof, AND attractive...I never thought I would find them, but I finally did it!They do seem to run a little bit large, I am a true 9.5, so I usually get a 10 in boots to leave room for thick socks, but I had to get a 9 in these. However, they also seemed a little bit narrow, not too bad, just a little, so I also decided to go up in the width. The 9 wide ended up being perfect for me to wear with thick socks on colder days and stay comfortable walking about NYC all day. These boots have also broken in very nicely, so they fit my feet PERFECTLY now, but show no signs of wear or cracking in the leather.I did decide to spray these with a waterproofing spray when I first got them, just in case, but I don't think I really needed to do that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice but not me. *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2016* I received these boots in the mail today 8/17/16. They are a nice looking boot and for less than $30.00 they were a steal! I wear a size 6.5 to 7M in shoes and boots depending on brand. I ordered the 7M in the taupe with suede. It fit comfortably. It seems to be a well made "waterproof" boot. It was wide enough and long enough. I give the boot 5 stars because this boot is made for wet weather conditions. It is a nice looking boot for women that live in those areas of the country and still want a comfortable good looking boot that will hold up in wet conditions. All that said, I immediately sent them back because I don't find them to be what I like aesthetically. They look more like a stylish rain boot. I don't care for the wet weather features of this boot. The sole looks plastic and the leather looks synthetic. I thought they would be as cute as the black ones pictured in the first review. They are not in my opinion. The color is not taupe either. It's a dark brown. Shipping was on time though. If you need a good looking boot that can be worn in all winter weather, this one may work for you! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must break in, but definitely worth it. *by A***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2019* When I first bought these boots, I was very disappointed because of how tight they were. I could only wear them with the thinnest of socks and only for an hour or so at a time.However, I eventually broke them in and started wearing thicker and thicker socks until now they are my most comfortable shoes I own. They are water proof, hold up to work every day, have great tread on the bottom so I’m not worried about slipping, and look nice work appropriate.Definitely recommend for someone looking for a shoe they will love a couple weeks into wearing them frequently.
