## Description

Amerex Model B417T is a 2.5lb ABC Dry chemical fire extinguisher with Vehicle Bracket included. The Amerex ABC fire extinguisher utilizes a specially fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate dry chemical. It chemically insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 350°F and coats surface to which it is applied. It smothers and breaks the chain reaction of Class B fires and will not conduct electricity back to the operator. The ABC fire extinguisher is suitable for types of fires involving ordinary combustibles, flammable liquids and energized electrical equipment. This extinguisher features an aluminum valve with a light- to medium-duty anodized aluminum valve body and anodized aluminum handle and lever. Durable high gloss polyester powder paint with an all metal valve construction ensures longevity. Equipped with Bilingual Labels. Vehicle Bracket Included.

**Q: Are these rechargable?**
A: Good Morning .... I just read the instructions that came with these, no where does to mention that they can be recharged. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

A: They can be fefilled by a company that has they equipment to recharge fire extinguishers

**Q: Hello! Does it have a tamper seal?**
A: Can't say whether there is a tamper seal since I don't know what that would look like on a fire extinguisher. The pull ring pin is retained in place by a zip tie bearing the Amerex logo on a tab at the end of the zip tie at the pull ring.

Amerex fire extinguishers. BEWARE...Need to know the year of manufacturing before I ordered again thinking they was manufacturing in 2025 but it was 2 year old a 2023 manufactured model.
