This is a refurnish PC, does not come with any paper work. Manufacturing stared PC is 10 years old. This is FRAUD.I thought I was getting a new PC. No were on the product they had for sale did it state it was redone. Because we didn't open the box until today, Amazon representing stated they would not refund me nor sent me a new PC. Because time was up 2/1/25.

Ordered 3 9020s with i7 4770, received 3 7020 with i7 4790.Everything was packaged very well and all 3 worked out of the box.I changed out the hdd for 2 ssds, upgraded the psu, a gtz gpu, installed windows 10 on all 3. And flashed the bios with the newest update.All 3 handled everything with no issues.The only thing that bugs me is that I had already ordered three i-7 4790s to replace these because it said in the ad that they were coming with 4770s.All three did come with a keyboard, mouse, and Wi-Fi adapter dongleOne of the keyboards didn't want to work, and one of the mouse didn't have a working right click button. I wasn't actually expecting to receive any of those along with the power cord so that was nice to see you actually.At the end of the day product specification could have been a little more detailed, but I'm very happy with the purchases

I got a Dell Optiplex 7020 SFF
I thought I was getting a quad core 9020 MT. I think I got a duo core. It probably won't run Ark. I messed up on the BIOS. I checked the Amd GPU for my main graphics. Then I got black screen on monitor. I took the GPU out to reset the BIOS which was hard and I put it back in. When I plug in the PC it powers up. Power button is orange and it starts blinking. 2,3 blink code which means something is wrong with memory. I can't get it to work. If you buy an Optiplex do not take it apart. PS-I didn't notice the display port on the Amd card. I might not have had to try to reset it to get picture to change BIOS back to Intel 4600. I should have plugged in the cord to the Amd's display port.
