The grooves in the right arm that's attached to the pedal as indicated in the photo were stripped after just one try to screw the pedal back in. I contacted the manufacturer to ask for a replacement. They told me it will take 6-8 weeks to send me the part. I told them that's too long because my mom needs the bike now. I bought it for her to help her recover from a stroke. I told them she can't wait two months. UPDATE: The company did contact me a week later and sent me a whole new bike.
