NA-SYC1

I recently purchased this product. I found it to be a great product. It is made sturdy and works well. It is easy to use and looks great. The price was fair and the item was as described in the ad.

I love these Noctua Y-Cables. I added three Noctua fans to the top of my new PC case blowing air up and out. I added one of these Y-Cables to lessen the number of fan headers I had to connect to on my motherboard. They are high quality connectors and they work perfectly.

This Y-cable works great with two horizontally mounted Corsair ML120 Pro fans. I originally didn't think I'd need a Y-cable at all, as I was going to reuse the same two slots on a 5.25" fan controller I have, but that couldn't quite get the ML120 as quiet as I wanted, so I used the mobo pin and options for that instead. That did the trick, except I realized I needed a second fan_ext slot available before getting the second fan, so the Y-cable was a quick and easy fix. As others have mentioned, the cable quality is quite good. While a portion of it doesn't bend that well, I was still able to carefully bend it around to where I needed the two ends, but just made note of that in case I ever use the second cable for anything.

Works great since i didnt have enough fan ports on my motherboard. if you need variable fan speeds look elsewhere as one speed will be set for everything plugged into the controller.

Great quality splitters. Built solid and correct (missing third pin on one split so the secondary connected fan does not report speed to motherboard creating a conflict). Excellent, somewhat tacky sleeving. Strong connectors. Can be used with 3 pin connectors also if wondering. Noctua doesn't just make great fans; they also make fantastic accessories for them (or any brand really). FYI in case the product description / scope of delivery does not get updated (I just submitted an update after waiting several days for the seller to do it themselves), the box (and these do come in a nice, solid, protective cardboard box) only contains *2* Y-splitters, not 3 like I thought when ordering. Noctua's own page also validates this on their description as do other retailers. Note that the pdf technical spec. / infosheet that Noctua has does (currently anyway) say 3, but this is either a typo or once upon a time this was sold as a 3 pack. It is only a 2 pack, and the box even says two printed on top of it. Anyway, I recommend these if you want longevity and an excellent warranty (6 years) to go along with quality fans. Cheap fans? Well, buy what you wish. High end case fans? Get these as well as their extensions if needed.

This is my second set that I have ordered to use in my PC. They work great when you need to add more fans to your case but don't have enough 4 pin headers to use, so long as you don't mind the two fans running at the same RPM. In my setup, that is a non-issue. My computer case may be small (Fractal Design Node 804), but I have a lot of fans in it: 2 80mm, 1x140mm, 10x120mm. They are all 4-pin PWM controlled. So even with my Corsair iCUE Command Pro with 6 fan headers and the 3 fan headers on the motherboard, I come up short of connections without the Y-cables. The only thing keeping these from getting 5 stars is the cables, while very well built, the wire sleeves are stiff and not very flexible. Your only flex points are closer to the base of the plug ends. This makes cable management a little more challenging.

Works really well, easy to install and isn't stiff so it's easy to adjust.

Some boards just don't have enough fan headers. these work a treat with Noctuas warranty how can you go wrong.

And this one, too - saved me from a total disassemble of a PC (swapping fans and reconnecting the pins). I know people like to do it and it is a nice hobby, but I am too old for that and this just made my life easier. Very nice and smart little thing. Just get it!

For some reason my high end motherboard only has 3 fan headers, what the heck? So in order to run all the fans on my PC build, we're going to have to do something about that. Noctua made all my fans, so let's complete the look with their splitters. Noctua cable accessories are always high quality, and look cool into the bargain, since their cables are always coated with a braided cover to protect the wires inside. They are a little stiff to route, but stay where you put them once you get them where you want. Splitters, extenders, and low noise adapters are always reasonably priced too. Noctua is always my go-to for this kind of thing, because it looks cool and just works.
