Calphalon Easy System Nonstick Omelette Pan, 8", Black

Small pan, big deal. Love it 👍

We like to make eggs in the morning and there’s just no reason to use a big pan for a small batch. This pan is perfect for small amounts. It heats evenly and cleans easily. The nonstick surface is great for cheese and egg omelettes. So much more convenient to use the correct size pan.

This replaced my T-Fal pan of the same size which was showing its age. I wanted a pan which was non-stick, without harmful coatings. I purchased a Caraway pan, but returned it before even using it because of so many negative reviews about food sticking, etc. I decided to try this pan and can say I am impressed with the slightly heavier weight and its non-stick quality. This pan should be hand washed, but it's not a big deal. After cooling off, a sponge and squirt of Dawn cleans it up in a minute. This minor inconvenience is a small price to pay for such a good pan.

Great pan for eggs

We bought our omelet pan in 2020. Loved it and have consistently used regularly (daily). We’ve never used metal utensils on it and only hand washed it. Recently the non-stick coating has started peeling aggressively and leaving particles in our food. Not sure what the average lifespan of a non-stick skillet is supposed to be but for us its 2 years. For the price, its not breaking the bank to replace but for some who may do a one-time splurge, it might be an issue. I still haven’t decided if I am going to replace it because I hate to spend the extra money for only 2 years worth of use but it sure was nice while it lasted. Unfortunately In this economy, every cent matters so replacement is more than likely going to have to wait.

We have used Calphalon for years. These pans are outstanding. We had one that failed a couple years back and Calphalon replaced it free. This pan is a replacement for one that was getting a little rough on the inside but I didn’t bother to ask Calphalon to replace it. I did. But it doesn’t matter, I’ve gotten my money out of these pans many times over compared expensive ones my daughter bought. She paid three times as much as we did for Calphalon pans. Hers all look terrible. As far as I’m concerned, Calphalon is the way to go.

Quality pan which is perfect for omelets .

Nice pan! I had one similar from years ago, from the same maker and it still has the same great quality. No warping , easy to use-not too heavy not too light. Great cooking capacity for sautéing. Very scratch resistant and so far I've not had food that stuck.
