Review: Excellent! - Of all the self-study math book,s I find the Demystified series to be the most useful. There are step by step answers to all examples and all practice problems. I notice that some reviewers stated there were no answers to the quiz problems. My book includes answers to all quizzes and the final exam, which covers about 3 pages in the back of the book. Keep in mind that all quizzes are multiple-choice, so what's in the answer section just lists the "letter" of the answer (ABCD). Not much help, you're thinking, if you can't figure out how they got that answer. However, my strategy has been, if I'm stumped by how a quiz problem is solved, I can go back in the chapter and almost always find a solved problem with exactly that configuration, which I can use as a template to solve the quiz problem. I would recommend, for anyone looking at self study math books, that you take advantage of the "look inside" function so you can see how the problems are laid out and whether that particular teaching method speaks to you. It covered more than CLEP needed, which isn’t helpful for students who need help determining which specific chapters would be in the test.
