I have several lamy safaris that i bought in germany in the 1980's. will the lamy ballpoint refill - blue medium (lm16blm) work for these pens?

This refill specifically fits the Lamy Safari / Allstar ballpoint pen. Monteverde also makes an equivalent refill. I do not know what a 1980's Safari ballpoint looks like, but you can check on line to see if it is the same as the current pen.

Will the m16blue work with lamy safari charcoal rollerball pen - charcoal - model 317?

A ballpoint refill will not work in a rollerball pen. Different configuration.

will this refill fit the roller ball pens.

I don't think so. the fountain pen ink is very fluid and doesn't have the higher viscosity for a rollerball.
