I like this style of band a bit more than the older one since it is more adjustable to a comfort fit because it has a greater number of holding slots per unit length to set the band to the wrist; the reason I gave it 5 starsA potential disadvantage may be that the greater number of slots per unit length may also make the band weaker and more prone to breaking (simple engineering fact) than the previous bands with fewer slots per unit length.Time will tell if this band will last longer than the previous factory that lasted less than two years for me....and this was without any abuse of any type in my hands...
