These salts are amazing. IT saves me from dehydration. I have to drive long distance once a month, an I always take 5-6 packets, and put them in my bottle. Sometimes only 3/4 sachet, as it tastes very sweet. But there is NO SUGAR. I just ordered a whole box for my mom.

LMNT has quickly become my favorite electrolyte drink mix. This is the best electrolyte replacement powder. It tastes great and keeps my electrolyte levels where they should be.

False advertising or an outright lie. Bought the 54 Variety Pack which is advertised as having EVERY flavor. In fact it doesn't. It contains Citrus, Watermelon, and Raspberry. The website CLEARLY states: "The LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Variety Pack Bundle includes a 54-count variety with the following flavors: Citrus Salt Grapefruit Salt Lemonade Mango Chili Orange Raspberry Salt Raw Unflavored Watermelon" It does NOT; it is simply three boxes of 18 Citrus, Watermelon, and Raspberry. Those flavors are good, but I was wanting a wider variety to try the others. Product itself is good, but the mixture isn't.

I am a convert! I appreciate the ability to test out different flavors with this pack (although I'm still a die-hard fan of the grapefruit) My only complaint is cost, LMNT is not cheap but it does the trick and is a wonderful water addition, esp in the hotter weather and for those of us who love a good sauna session.

I usually get really bad migraines that cause me nausea and the inability to really do anything and taking electrolytes helps the pain minimize and nausea go away. The powder dissolves amazingly no clumping. Sometimes I leave on my nightstand over night and there is minimal settling at the bottom of my bottle. My favorite flavors from this pack are citrus and watermelon. The raspberry flavor does tastes too artificial and I just don’t like it as much.
