Everytime i try ti read card i get an error. usim plmnwact : 6a82. how do i fix this?

6a 82 : file not found. You are either: * sending a "select file" command (long APDU) with an inexistant file name * sending a short APDU with a wrong select code This happens usually if you didn't check the card type (e.g. send a bank card command to a SIM card) or if your card is not initialized/configured (e.g. try to use crypto functions without seed or keys). Without the card type, the command and the personalization steps you did, there's no right answer.
