My XOGO Mini Digital Signage Player has proven itself to be one of the best investments I have made for my company. I tried others, but this unit works right out of the box. Their customer service is amazing and if I have any questions, they are right there to help me through the process. The system is server based and it works anywhere. I own a plaza with restaurants in the Caribbean and I can update my screen quickly and easily from the States. I highly recommend this system and support team if you are interested in boosting your image and your sales.

Extremely easy from box to operational. Software is easy to install and simple to create the perfect presentation for my restaurants. Device has a small footprint, so easy to tuck behind my monitor and it all works on my wireless network. Just give me more than one minute using the video feature included in the free option!

The product is nice, and the software is easy to use. I like the app option to easily update the digital boards from anywhere. My 2 frustrations, I have not be able to set up the devices to use the WIFI. I am not sure why it will not connect to the wifi in any of our buildings. We have a total of 3 devices in different locations and none of them will work with WIFI set up. I had to have cable ran to each digital board, and the work good with a direct connection. My second frustrations, customer service. I have reach out so many times for support and have not received NONE. They don't provide a phone number to call, only an email. One of the XOGO players has now reset it self back to the original settings and now it will not connect at all.

I was looking for something drop dead simple to use, compact, and without the issues I've read regarding audio sync and picture quality that people complain about with some other digital signage devices. I was impressed with the device from the minute I took it out of the box. It came with everything I needed to set it up, from HDMI cables to some basic mounting hardware. Set up went smooth with only a small hiccup locating an access code. From there on it was super simple and quick to set up. I love the concept of playlists and the wireless connectivity is plenty powerful for my needs. I agree with the other reviews about the Realtime feature, that really sets XOGO apart. The audio sync issues I've read about on other devices is non-existent with XOGO. Everything syncs perfectly making for a great experience. The picture quality is great too. You'll see from the picture (sorry, not great quality) that XOGO can fit in a small area. I runs cool and has been working flawlessly since I installed it. I'm pleased with this device and would recommend it to friends.

The XOGO MINI has been a great tool for my showroom and at trade shows. The ability to simply plug it in and have an instant display that simply does what it’s supposed to is great. It is a little bit of work to get it set up the first time, but after that’s done, it works every time I need it to.

This product is straight garbage. Nothing on this thing works. It won’t recognize the player, but when you go trying to make a new account it says I have to pay for another cause I already have one. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. They have a number but it goes only to voicemail and they state it only gets checked once a week. This is a complete waste of time and money.

The XOGO box is easy to use and so far so good. I think their instructions and troubleshooting could be better re Bluetooth and wifi; even though it's most likely an issue at my end. The player was delivered without a suitable power point adapter which made it impossible for me to use - however, XOGO contacted me directly, apologized and sent a new one express post.

The IOS app crashes whenever you try and add a player. Tried the app on 3 different ipads. It says customer service within 24 hours...this is false. I do not recommend buying this.
