It is not mentioned on the can however it does state "no aluminum salt" on the can. You might also check the website of www.fa.com. Been using it for years and no bad results.

Is this made in Germany, please?

Years ago FA was made in Germany. I have been using it for at least 28 years. Recently, I found out it's no longer made in Germany, made in Turkey. I think the quality is not the same as used to be. Now they added Wave on the can no clue why, but it no longer keeps me dry. Hope this helps.

Does it contain alcohol?

Under ingredients it only says: Alcohol denat. among others ingredients. Have been using it for years and no side effects.
