Since then it has been doing the function regularly without any problem. However, a few days back one timer developed a problem that the clock was running very slow. I took up with the supplier and the response was immediate in few minutes came the reply both on desertcart and email. Then as battery was the probable cause I opened and told the supplier that it is fixed one and wanted to know where I can buy. They offered for sending it by currier only for the currier charges and a small amount for four battery. All these happened in about 5 days I got the battery installed and it is back in operation. My salute to the customer care they have and appreciate the response. Wish them all the best and wish they keep up the same trend. Added on 5th June 2026: This product is amazing.
