My product worked right out of the box. After a short period of use, one of the line voltage terminals shorted to the pilot terminal regardless of switch position - the opposite lead that should normally short to that terminal. This caused a direct short between my 2 line voltage leads when other infinite switches were activated. This caused the circuit breaker to trip, saving me from any damage that would normally occur in that situation. The seller worked with me to get a replacement part.
