What size can I pick as a teenager?

I believe the One Size would fit. I’m 5’2 about 155lbs and it was perfect for me. I would say if you’re closer to 200lbs get the next size up for sure! Hope this helps

How do i exactly hand wash these? Do i use anything special to keep it like when i first got them or just in a sink or tub with laundry soaps?
